Gamestop has moved the PC release date to August. Still stupid because of the porting. Bleck!!! |

Im on the fence ...
To be honest, the only reason i was interested in RF:G was its modding capabilities ... but now i think ill wait to make my decision when the PC demo comes out or something ...
I guess ill start looking into some open source engines or something ... they are starting to look much more appealing to me  |

I wont even think about buying gorilla untill i see a demo, a real map creator, and someone can mod it to first person. Which means ill probably be saving my money. And thats the bottom line, money. As long as you spend your money on second rate console ports, then thats what you will continue to get. |

WoW, looks like this game is already dead and not even released. I was still hoping the devs and pubs would learn from thier mistakes. Heres the secret volition, design the game for pc first (only way to start with a quality product, period) ,take the gameplay from rf1, add a good new story, add some modern physics and graphics, really update the geo ,not replace it with pretend geo, and voila, there is your single player. Then , for multiplay, add dedicated servers, anticheat, and the ability for the community to create mods and maps.
Stop kissing the console butt and get gaming back out of the dark ages. There should be much more to a game than hype and downloadable content (ie. pay for something the community can do better ,aka greed). The economy is getting tight all over, maybe the game companies will do better when people speak with thier wallets. |

Still awaiting the PC release. But note that a map creator will most likely NOT be coming with the game. But also note, a third party might be creating one...and they are part of our community.  |
